Privacy & Disclosures
Privacy
When you submit the offer form we collect the property address, your phone number, an optional email, and whatever you tell us about your situation. We use it for exactly one purpose: contacting you about a possible purchase of that property. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not add you to mailing lists. Ask us to delete your information at any time by calling (443) 364-3676.
Licensee disclosure
The principals of Old Line Home Buyers are licensed real estate agents in the State of Maryland and purchase property for their own account. In any transaction with you we act as buyers, not as your agent or representative, and we confirm this in writing before contract.
Maryland wholesale disclosure
Under Chapters 508 and 509 of the 2025 Laws of Maryland (HB 124 / SB 160, effective October 1, 2025), a wholesale buyer of applicable owner-occupied residential property must provide the seller a written disclosure, before the purchase contract is signed, of the buyer’s intent or ability to assign its equitable interest. A seller who does not receive a required disclosure may rescind the contract before closing without penalty. Old Line Home Buyers provides these disclosures on every applicable transaction.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Nothing on this website is legal, tax, or financial advice. For advice on your specific situation, consult a Maryland attorney, accountant, or financial advisor. We encourage every seller to have any contract reviewed by counsel of their choosing before signing.
